- You have a direct connection with founders and their thought process - Respect for new ideas - Scope for extensive exposure - Feels like family when comes to connecting with everyone internally.
Cons
There are two offices of the company, and maximum times you would like to shift another side as that looks interesting. The opposite attracts! :)
