Skrap are great company to work for. They are relatively new business and growing rapidly. friendly staff and good management who are very understanding of staff needs. There is a big difference between working in a start up vs a big corporate as things move fast and can change rapidly but that the beauty of the business, though I do understand this may not be for everyone.

Having worked in many large corporate companies, this was my first at a startup and what a pleasant surprise. The flattest hierarchy I've ever seen. Everyone jumps in from junior to senior employees, feels like a real family. Feels great to be part of a company that's one of a kind. Can't wait to see what the next 5 years will look like for Skrap!!
