Pros

Working from home is nice.

Cons

Low pay No benefits WFH on personal equipment, no reimbursement of any kind No bonuses Twice in the past year massive layoffs, first about 30 people, now another 15 or so Managers and team leaders are clueless how to run teams, have 0 accountability and no clue what to do on meetings. Awkward silence when nobody cares enough about management to even respond to their questions. Managers get so triggered they insult and blame employees for no reason. Software used is full of coding errors, doesn't work properly and no one cares, or they don't know how to fix it. Laughable and disgusting, the CEO was never present, never heard or seen him except for one email of "appreciation" that said he wants to meet us at least online, but that never happened. Money grabbing and completely incompetent, do not bother applying there.

Pros

Good for the desperate or uninformed. But only as a stopgap.

Cons

Low pay, disorganised, and “encouraged” overtime. Skuuudle even went into administration in the 2010s (more on that later). 1 - LOW PAY: Minimum wage for the front-line staff, slight bump for managers / highly skilled professionals. But to save money, work is outsourced to cheap labour forces, e.g. India and Bulgaria. So little to no job security. 2 - DISORGANISED: Communication is lacking. Last minute tasks and tight deadlines exacerbate already overworked staff. 3 - “ENCOURAGED” OVERTIME: Demanding clients coupled with bottleneck communication means pressure on staff. Expect to work weekends and outside normal core hours. 4 - NO BONUSES. 5 - ZERO PERKS: No incentives are in place to encourage staff to grow, like learning budgets or courses. 6 - TOXIC CULTURE: Indoctrinated staff echo toxic top-level culture like “work is life” or “first in, last out”. Possibly out of fear of reprisal from management. 7 - ADMINISTRATION: Back in 2013, Skuuudle went into administration. Overstaffed and lack of funding forced the company to close. Fast-forward to today, Skuuudle is cutting staff / outsourcing to cheap labour and losing funding, echoing past events.

Pros

The only pro i could think of is working entirely remotely and you could do whatever you can, even you can download autoclicker and rest.

Cons

Where to start of, mostly get as away as you can from working there. Everything is more than negative.
