None. If you're intelligent and loyal, don't bother with this company!

Cons

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! A contracting company that only cares about money and not even their own customers. I suggest that all wind turbine companies stay away from Skyclimber! They make numerous accusations to squeeze every last penny out of you until you are ready to pull your hair out and run screaming. With horrible employee treatment, you are guaranteed to have poor work quality. Skyclimber employees don't last long because of incredibly low pay, poor treatment, and false promises.

Cons

Myopic, reactionary management. No leadership or diversity. Key front-office positions have high turnover, shop floor has higher turnover. Entrepreneurial spirit that should rule in a small company is eclipsed by fear and negativity. Questionable timekeeping practices. No interest in improvement.

Pros

Meeting new people and learning more about the company. Traveling is not too bad if that's what you want to do.

Cons

The managers call you back when its convenient for them they are not time sensitive and put you on a project when they feel like it. Not taking into consideration that some people have bills to pay, there barley is communication with managers and workers besides the emails that are sent out useless job.
