      Supportive coworkers and good work-life balance

      Pros

      Have worked here for a couple years, and so far everything is good. No micromanagement, coworkers are supportive and friendly, and projects are good/keep us busy, with good work-life balance.

      Cons

      N/A - no cons related to the company itself. More just issues with the government contracting system and pay structure, but that's an overall issue when dealing with contracts.

      Great People, Challenging and Rewarding Work

      Pros

      I had a good time working at Sky Solutions, had challenging work serving a variety of clients, and had support in growing my skills with my colleagues.

      Cons

      There was a lack of communication between some of our larger clients and management, leading to my being let go from the contract I was on. There wasn't much support from management in finding new work for me and I was let go shortly afterwards.
