I had a very negative experience working here and would not recommend it. There is no car or phone allowance. You’re expected to use your personal vehicle and phone for work, with gas reimbursement only. All maintenance, tires, and phone bills are paid out of pocket. The company has an extremely high turnover rate, with frequent mass firings. New hires are often terminated within days or weeks. Despite social media claims of growth, they are mainly replacing people who were just fired. The company is dysfunctional and family-owned, with heavy favoritism. Rules change constantly, and expectations shift weekly. The hiring process is misleading, and much of what is promised is not accurate. It is difficult to retain customers. Deals can take months to close and be lost quickly due issues. Even strong performance does not guarantee job security. Overall, there is a lot of questionable behavior, and the company does not have a good reputation in the industry. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before applying.
