Extremely repetitive job. Management is either incompetent or malicious. I now think it is the second option. At equal qualifications and experience, women get proposed a lower raise (after several years). If you are a non-european woman, you are not trusted and won't be allowed to grow. No growth opportunities. I was proposed a "promotion", which meant keeping the same workload, work on week ends, and wait 6 months to a year to see if I "deserve the salary raise". People get more and more responsabilities as many colleague just leave, but are even forbidded to update their profile with the appropriate titles. The company only survives thanks to the unpaid overtime hours pulled by (too nice and naive) employees. Company cuts corner to save a bit of money (asked us not to get our expanses paid for instance), won't invest in enough employees, leading to overwork, people leaving and downward spiral. Lies during job interviews. No HR ( they were hired, then fired because it was causing problems, trying to get the company to be decent). Employees have to conduct the job interviews. CEO throws tantrums. Insults people when they are not in a meeting. Refuses to adress issues when they are present. Several people where leaving, he stopped talking to them and extended an oversea trip to avoid talking to them in the office until they left. Any company social event that costs money is now forbidded.
