      Awesome place to work

      Pros

      Fast moving. Everyone is engaged and willing to help make the mission a success. Fun environment in the office. Work subject is interesting. Culture is cool, it’s not your average workplace.

      Cons

      Some aspects of benefits could improve. Onboarding is like drinking from a firehose, and what we do is extraordinarily complex. It’s fascinating, but hold on to your chair for a few weeks.

      Exciting, future facing product Many excellent, skilled, enthusiastic teammates Hybrid work arrangement

      Cons

      Toxic leadership culture (to the extent I am limiting detail of answers to avoid reprisal) -Timelines and KPIs rule, even when they are unreasonable or misguided -Repetitive churn, rework, changes of direction -Favoritism and in/out group behaviors -Systematic destruction of employee self-confidence and morale despite actual performance -Lack of vision
