Pros
The company offers remote work options and supports flexibility Salaries are really good. Their team is skilled and professional and also there is room for improvement and personal growth (coming from my own personal experience). Working with big global clients.
Cons
No particular cons. Sometimes there can be moments of work to work under the pressure in order to meet customer's deadlines, but at the end of the day, it's manageable because the team is professional.
