      Training but a call center with lack of support and mentorship

      Pros

      Training manual (online), Salesforce, and live training sessions that help either troubleshooting.

      Cons

      Promised mentorship and zero leadership care to oversee so that brokers can get what they need to level up. You are completely disposable and they are not looking to make you a better broker. I saw individuals disappear/be let go, one by one, two full classes of new associate brokers while I was there (almost a year). I kept believing in their quality and growth and they did not show professional improvement within. There was a slight threatening vibe. It’s a call center vibe. Also they have their staff do reviews on Glassdoor so they can up their look.
