Pros

A majority of colleagues were genuinely nice people, trying to help you wherever they could.

Cons

Zero emphasis on making any return for a client, your brought on board to be made money out of, then called once your policy falls below its initial mark to top up above the initial line you agreed on to again be made more money out of. Practically if a firm is good, they you should be able to place someone in a fund once, and not require fund transfers to justify their USP.

Pros

It's easy to resign.

Cons

Absolutely horrific company to work for. I was enticed into taking the role under a number of false promises, including earnings levels, the number of clients I would be provided with, the training I would get etc. I arrived to be told I was not getting my visa until I had a minimum number of deals on the table. In the meantime I had to pay for Visa Runs myself. I was charged £85 per day to pay for a co-ordinator who booked me no meetings, leaving me in massive debt to the company. The company attitude is to hire as many people as they can, and hope the odd few survive. Qualified professionals are brought over and made to cold call people from one end of the day to the next. No help was provided with accommodation as was promised. The levels of compliance are non-existent, with a CEO (John Hasberry) who is completely driven by income. There is little care for the client when it comes down to it. Awful awful company and I could not advise people to avoid this place any stronger.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry that your experience of working with us was unsatisfactory. Visas are unfortunately quite complicated and we have little control over processing times. We can assure you that all our qualifications are confirmed as part of our robust hiring process. Our Sales team’s role is to handle all incoming/outgoing new business enquiries so to be successful we focus on their ability to provide exceptional customer service, a high level of knowledge about the services we provide and the ability to quickly identify the needs of the client in order to direct them to one of our Qualified Financial Advisers. We will be taking your additional comments on board and making sure they are dealt with appropriately. Please feel free to email us if you would like to discuss any of your issues further.
