It’s an interesting project. Coworkers are generally helpful and competent. Pay is OK
Cons
It’s a revolving door. If you’ve worked there more than a year you are one of the most senior teammates. C-suite is aggressive and yet mismanages the company at every turn. Lots of job uncertainty. Work life balance is bad. Overtime is not just common, but expected. You are expected to travel last minute no questions asked. Bad benefits.
