      Pros

      Good IT techs work there.

      Cons

      Management has no tech experience and is faking his way through the company. No 401k, you pay for your own health insurance that is extremely high, no bonus, bad business model, and very little opportunity to move up unless you bring in money???? Beware! Wrongful termination has occured!
