Pros

Huge library of lesson materials. If a student is struggling with a certain grammar or vocabulary topic, you can immediately find relevant materials during the lesson and teach the necessary topic without postponing it for the next time. Students are provided to you by the school, easy to fill your working hours. Perfect for inexperienced teachers too.

Cons

Relatively low payment is the only con, but the lack of necessity to prepare lesson materials outweighs it

Pros

Easy if you have decent English. Reasonable pre-made program and a functioning plug-and-play platform. Easy to find students. My experience with management was mostly positive, if you do your lessons and the students are happy they get out of your way. Relatively flexible schedules too

Cons

Obviously way less money than doing independent classes would give. Recently tightened requirements for teachers (which is probably good, in the old times some teachers would be worse than many students), so a longer prep course might be necessary (was not required during my time there, I only had to do a test lesson to showcase my capability) Sometimes students can be uncooperative.
