You’re selling an actual product that works and solves a real problem, which makes sales conversations way easier. Customers are serious, deals are meaningful, and wins feel earned. You get a lot of trust and ownership, no one is breathing down your neck or forcing you into a script. Leadership is straightforward and realistic, and sales feedback actually makes its way back to product.
Cons
It’s still a small, growing team, so not everything is perfectly defined yet. Some sales processes are being built as we go, which means you need to be comfortable figuring things out on your own. If you’re coming from a very structured sales org, the lack of polish can be an adjustment.
