      Leaving the building at the end of the day

      Cons

      Walk the halls prior to signing a contract or accepting employment at this facility. Ask the employees how the feel when they cross the threshold into the building, knowing they will endure another shift in the "pit of hell". If you are a licensed professional know that this is the dregs of health care.

      Pros

      Caring people work there who are treated as "minions" by Admin.

      Cons

      Insurance is problematic. Hospital policy that changes on a whim. Admin who insulate themselves against, and refuse to take responsibility for, any action with a negative outcome. Robb Kimmes is two-faced and makes poor decisions...unless for his personal benefit.
