      Pros

      Not a single one. Look elsewhere.

      Cons

      Could not openly recommend this organization to anyone. They lack infrastructure, business systems, and industry experience. Communities they acquire don't take long before they're driven straight into the ground. Their idea of an operating budget is laughable at best and upper management leaves a lot to be desired. Turn over is the highest I've ever seen of any company I've been with.

      Where do I start?! The CEO of this company is the BEST owner and business partner I have EVER worked for. He not only cares about his own success, but the success and potential of all his employees.

      Pros

      I loved working for this company and then CEO, he was more then happy to arrange my schedule when it came to me needing time off with my family. The expectation at this firm is very professional and and excellent place to work. I wish I was still employed with this company!!!

      The only negative I can say is that the office was always so cold, so bundle up in you have an interview.
