-You get latest tech stack to work. -Copy product from other company and say we are going to destroy the company in market. -internal product call is a scope for flattering and learn how to flatter if you cannot and see how employee stope to the level to be in good books. -US visit mandatory if you have Visa

No proper road map. No work life balance You are insulted in call by CEO and higher management. They speak with proud that they follow hire and fire.. No foresight on what's next.

No work life balance, CEO and the HRs would send threats that if you dont work on this weekend or dont do as i say we will fire you Very good in house talent, but no one is allowed to use their brains, listen to the superiors blindly or else get fired
