Nice co-workers, available snacks. Not much else.

Cons

The CEO is very abrasive and is a micro manager. He doesn’t listen to anyone including his own management team. It’s no wonder they are slowly going out of business.

There were some nice, talented co-workers to commiserate with.

Cons

Upper management is constantly second-guessing their decisions, which is understandable considering their mind-boggling choices. You'll pay the price for their ineptitude as they continuously change course and inevitably blow past deadlines. Working 10-14+ hour days was the norm in my department. The environment is toxic and soul-crushing and the pay is low. I could go on and on, but trust me and the other legitimate reviews and avoid working here if you have other options.
