      Seriously, nothing. HR is posting a series of phony positive reviews. Do yourself a favor-- if you are seriously considering Skytap, reference check this company with past employees

      The pay was all right.

      Cons

      My first day was a joke. It only got worse from there. Very strange culture. Cliquish. No one cared that I was a new hire. My team could care less to train me. My manager felt uneasy to even talk to me or be in the same room. Most absurd job I have ever had in IT. It could've just been me, I don't know. Small company attitude, likely takeover target.

      Seattle is a nice town to visit.

      Cons

      This is truly an awful place. Truly venomous mentality. Management completes all large deals and does not involve field sales. Management is not interested in paying commissions (documented through lawsuits).
