The company gives very little chance for growth and the salary is quite low compared to the workload. Many employees feel stuck in the same role with no clear career path. At the same time, the company keeps hiring new staff but does not take good care of the current employees’ welfare or recognition. There are no perks or benefits that make staff feel valued or comfortable to stay, as management’s attitude seems to be simply ‘people come and go.’ While colleagues can be supportive, the lack of fair pay, growth opportunities, and care for existing staff makes it hard to see a future here.
