Pros
Free movie, cd and game rentals. Cool environment to work, flexible hours, loyal customer base.
Cons
low pay, backstabbing employees, incompetent managers, lack of accountability. Working at Slackers CD's and Games was like being in high school. The store manager had zero control over his personal life, which made him super controlling over the store. The assistant manager was too preoccupied with keeping other female employees out of the store to do any actual work. It seems like being a hipster moron is required to work at Slackers.
