no professional environment, if you "don't belong" to the "VP's" group you will get blame no matter what you do, because it's easy money for VP's (~200K) and they keep changing people. VP's have no clue (friend of a friend type of hiring), no professional at all, Stay away from mid manager opportunities because you will get blame. Lower position are ok, no grow opportunity.

Not a sweat shop, decent pay

Cons

Absentee owner who lets the COO rule the company like a kingdom. Continue to employ mediocre execs that have caused several people to resign, some positions more than once. Depressing office, bad neighborhood. 70% of sales dedicated to one customer, never a good plan. No idea how they are still in business.
