Pros

Nothing good at the moment

Cons

Not a great place to work anymore. Poor work life balance. Most of the staff is overworked and expected to fill multiple roles on projects.

Pros

It actually feels like the company is employee-owned. They invest a lot of effort/time/money in making it a good place to work. The idea of splitting the business between build and consulting was something that attracted me immediately.

Cons

Though the "build" side of things is not supposed to be regular consulting, the management still had a consulting mindset. On every occasion when our engagements faced issues, the client's word was the only one heard, and we lacked support.
