      Trip to Boston for your onboarding (but I heard that was discontinued).

      Cons

      - Unprepared and poor leadership. - Poor and idealistic vision. - Incoherent strategy lacking and ignoring any relevant insight. - Leadership's poor decisions and lack of strategy are your fault. - Misleading instructions from Management - Toxic environment (this is where Slang shines). - Favoritism and unequal treatment within the company. - Tendency towards micromanagement - Poor transparency. - Manipulation. - Low morale. - Hiring mostly junior folks to save money. - Just a matter of time before they are bankrupt.

      I write anonymously because of the fear of retaliation. They sell themselves as a great company with a family-like culture. Yes, they are right; they are a dysfunctional family. They expect you to endure bad treatment and a bad salary because you must be loyal to them. Once you don't serve their purpose anymore, they discard you and try to make you leave without money, even if it's against the law.

      - PEOPLE - Great flexibility

      Cons

      - There are not so many options for growing fairly. - They change you in 2 seconds for their favorite person of the moment. So if you are not one of the favorites, you will not grow - Not fair compensation. Someone who can be junior to you can win more money, even if you have more experience and functions. - You do not have a work-life balance. Because of the numbers, you will need to work more than your normal schedule.
