Pros

Good learning experience on headhunting - you learn to "do what it takes" to get the name, contact details

Cons

they put associates for sourcing, business development and client interaction with no training. CEO has no integrity and even took pride that he has stolen some client information at the client's office just so he can have leads, came up with white lies / stories to potential clients to score a deal, has zero care for associates - only cares about money. No career development or proper structure as well - the consultants in japan pay from their own pocket the researcher resources in PH. so if the consultant would leave, the associate have to leave as well.

If you're experienced and independent, it might work for you.
