      Flexible hours, pay is ok

      Cons

      Different rules in place depending on the person, supervisor is impossible to work with- tries to get everyone fired and has no respect for her colleagues. Vacation time is horrible. Have to work for 2 years before you get 1 week vacation.

      No time off exceeding 3 days or Termination Poor operation good managers They will pay the lowest amount they can pay Operation Management is not understanding Unfair treatment between workers Forced to work in Unsafe work conditions No appreciation for workers Mostly hires Felons in order to keep pay rate low Management will look to fire employees due for a raise
