Erratic and unprofessional conduct. Staff on Zoom looked unkempt. Compensation falls below industry average. I was fired during my onboarding week for having difficulty signing onto an internal meeting. I was 5 minutes later. I essentially was paid to get Google certified. Was no skin off my back. Overall strange.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that things did not work out but sometimes it’s just not the right fit on either end. This is the very reason we have a probationary period in place. Pros

Everyone is nice when explaining something to you, they are helpful and also trust your experince and thoughts into projects. As being part of the production team, I can say we all have a very good and productive relationship with our managers and we get along really well! I feel blessed to be able to work here and be part of such an amazing team!

This is a direct result of excellent management. - Processes are in place to ensure projects run smoothly AND so employees don't burn out. They genuinely care about your work/life balance. - This is an agency that also genuinely cares about clients and what is best for them. They don't BS clients. - Every month the entire team gets a day off. This is great for recharging your batteries and taking care of personal admin stuff. - 401k with percentage match - Health, dental, vision insurance - Unlimited PTO - Quarterly profit share, additional financial incentives
