      Pros

      I work with clients who are doing interesting things, but the people here are truly the best part of the job. Smart, kind, funny, collaborative and always down to lend a helping hand. Whether it’s a brainstorm, a deadline or just needing a gut check, someone’s got your back. I’ve felt mentored, encouraged and pushed (in the best way) to grow. The overall company culture is super supportive and I feel comfortable bringing my whole self to work.

      Cons

      Like most agencies, it’s fast-paced and high standards can feel intense at times, but you’re never in it alone!

      The company culture emphasizes growth, celebrating each other's wins and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table for a range of clients. Everyone is accessible, too - whether you want to chat with a VP or an owner, they make the time. Consistent feedback allows everyone to keep learning and doing great work. Generous policies on PTO and sick time.

      It's PR, so there are occasional tight deadlines - but the team helps each other through quick turnarounds and encourages everyone to maintain work-life balance,

      Pros

      The work culture is unlike anything I have had before. Work/life balance is respected and encouraged, the partners encourage professional development, philanthropy, etc. The benefits and pay are great and the team is amazing. Fully remote, and our clients are great too!

      Cons

      We are a small/growing business so ensuring we have the right staffing on accounts can be tricky.
