That being said, Ashley is actively working on improving this, and I believe things will continue to get better with her leadership. Another thing to note is that depending on your location, the managers can vary. Some are really nice and offer great advice for management, but there can be a bit of inconsistency depending on where you are. It’s something that I think could be better, but overall, the company is heading in the right direction.
