      Pros

      - Very flexible work from home policy - Nice office centrally located in Paris - Regular breakfasts and after work drinks - Healthy work environment (everyone is generally very respectful and nice) - Autonomy

      Cons

      - CSE could be better (also because SlimPay is still a small company) - Several steps of validation which can add time to the whole project

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We are happy to see that you enjoy working at SlimPay! It is true that some validation steps can add a bit of time to some projects. We are aiming at having our validation processes as flexible as possible to save some time when possible due to regulations we have to follow. We are also working in an agile mode to help with this. We are very proud of having 20+ different nationalities currently, and an "index salarial" of 93 out of a 100 in 2021 but diversity is not only about that, and we are aiming at becoming even better.

      Pros

      Great teamwork and future perspectives at SlimPay. The headquarter in Paris is very well located as well: well connected and plenty of restaurants. It is a scale up company now, they invest a lot in their employees, their biggest asset. Coming from a corporate world, I was amazed since Day 1 with their professionalism during the recruitment process and the learning culture inside SlimPay. It is a growing company where your voice is being heard and you can make a lot of changes! Agility, and short decision making are crucial for its long term success - Let's think big together!

      Being in the Fintech industry, one of the biggest growing industry at this moment...We are constantly headhunted by other players and we can see time to time some departures unfortunately.
