Easy hours. Get to make "games"
Cons
Very little vacation. 5 days for first 2 years then you get 10. Management micromanages you and then blames you when product fails. If a product succeeds because of you watch the managers take all the credit. Management is slow. Nothing gets done on time. If you make them aware of this fact you are looked down upon. Noise level is high from nonstop talking across cubicles between non devs who sit right next to artists and devs. Pay is lower than average. No where to move up.
