Pros

If you need incentive to move companies quickly, this is a good option.

Cons

This is a very ethically and morally corrupt company, willing to do what they need to make a quick buck and rope clients into year-long contracts. I did not work here very long before jumping ship. There were no perks, but they did get a coffee maker. Little to no time off. No 401K. Management tracks when you clock in and clock out, even when you are salaried and full time. If you go 15 minutes over for lunch, you are written up. They don't allow you to talk to other employees at all as this distracts you from churning out more work. Most of the employees believed management tracked every email and chat that was sent. Clients ask for whatever they want and you are expected to provide this for them with zero support from upper management. They can treat you however they feel. Company has downsized greatly since I left and I imagine it will continue to do so due to weak business model and management. Also, fun fact: the owner of the company drives a G-wagon while paying his employees the same wage as a McDonald's employee.

Pros

The only pro I can think of to name here is getting to travel. But beware the company has no credit cards and therefore you’re forced to first pay for everything yourself and wait for reimbursement on paychecks, which are only twice a month. Oh, and the majority of the customers you’ll work with are wonderful as well.

Cons

There are so many to name here. I’ll stick with my top 3. 1) pay. The pay is absolutely horrible. And there’s no guidance given to the employee or policies set in place pertaining to raises. So someone doing the same job as you, with possibly even worse performance may be making significantly more money than you. 2)Your value as an employee. I have read the other review that talks about how much this company values their employees. I will assure you that this is an absolute lie. During the almost 3 years that I was employed with this company I watched around 15 employees either quit or be “let go” and know of about 8-10 more since my employment ended around the beginning of this year. Bottom line, your job is never secure and the “management team” seems to enjoy their employees living in fear of this. 3) To sum it up in one word: unprofessional. As an employee expect to have zero sense of privacy whatsoever while employed here- conversations are recorded, phone calls are listened to, your computer and personal cell phone are constantly under surveillance. All of this information is not disclosed to you prior to employment either. Also, be prepared for promises that will never be kept. The overall moral is always horrible, and even when you perform well at your job don’t expect any sort of compensation, respect, or gratitude from management. If you don’t have thick skin and telling lies to customers constantly isn’t something you can handle, this is not a company to even consider working for.
