Pros

-What attracted me to this company at first were the people—everyone was kind, down-to-earth, and genuine, which is sometimes rare in staffing. -The CEO made it clear from the start that he values employees, offering competitive pay and supporting remote work. He assured me he "hires adults", that he "trusts his employees until given a reason not to" and doesn’t believe in micromanaging, which was a huge plus for me.

Cons

The biggest con about this company is that everything I was promised turned out to be a facade. While a few people are nice, they’re essentially slaves to the CEO, who has a huge ego. If you’re not willing to drop everything for him, his family, and the company, you’re quickly on the chopping block. The CEO frequently discusses personal and internal company matters with employees, even going so far as to talk about other employees' performance and when he plans to fire them. Despite what was initially promised, they are not as willing to invest in their employees as they claim. If you’re not making $40-60k base, you’re in trouble, and everyone knows what each other makes. The CEO’s stance on remote work is misleading; it only applies to people who live near the office, yet he continues to hire people from out of the area as exceptions. This is not a place where you can grow professionally. The environment is messy, chaotic, and toxic. When I was fired for "not fitting the culture" and "not living for the business," the CEO went so far as to bash me to clients, despite previously praising my performance. Working here was a dehumanizing experience, and I genuinely regret it.

Pros

-you can make money (not on a base salary but if clients pay you / pay you on time you can) -wants to be a fun place to work but struggles to find a balance between work and play which causes a lot of daily uncertainty

Cons

-the owner only cares about making a quick buck and doesnt care how he does it -quality of clients is subpar at best -typical resume shop -poorly run / managed -be prepared to take on a ton of additional responsibilities without being paid for it
