One of the best compensations in the industry. Cut throat industry but the company cares about their employees and gives them the support they need to succeed

Ridiculously educational Severe market presence regardless of other distributors opinions. Great commissions Professional but very fun atmosphere Staff should be regarded as mentors in both "real world" scenarios and in the knowledge they possess Other distributors/representatives rely on market professionals to sell the products that this companies reps pitch as second nature
Cons
Horrible state to do business in Many foolish and dirty customers Lots of valuable time wasted with businesses that have had their hands held and manicured for too long that this group has no choice but to cater to, @ least for the next couple of years
