      You somehow do get paid. Your peers outside management are nice and supportive.

      Cons

      The leadership of the company constantly lies to you about literally everything. This includes the number of employees at the company, the "rapid growth" that they are experiencing. the number of "business units" that they run, and the technologies that you will work with. The GM and CEO are simultaneously complete narcissists and also the most incompetent people I have ever worked for. There is no HR department, there is an email address called "askHR" that you are supposed to email for any employee related concerns (pay / benefits / PTO / etc,) but they take days or weeks to respond to the simplest inquiries.

      You will get most of your paycheck.

      Cons

      Manipulation and nonstop gaslighting from CEO and GM. Bonuses are never paid. Last paycheck is never paid. “25%” employee retention is something they take pride in as “they have better engineers than Google” and they only select “the best of the best”. I was told in a brief meeting at 12pm that today is my last day. CEO said he “does not care at all about my work life balance”.

      I tried working with them as a vendor too but that was my biggest mistake..Their General Manager is a not worthy speaking and he doesn't know how to tackle things on time. Talking to him is a waste of time. And due to such people I do not want to encourage any one to work there. If they cannot handle vendors anyhow could you even expect they can manage their employees. AGAIN THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A WASTE!!
