Wagstream advance payments, a 25% discount across all Stonegate businesses, heavily subsidised staff meals, and a great team environment.

Cons

Door staff were not trained to deal with conflict or serious altercations properly. Also the competency of other team members sometimes impacted the efficiency of the bar.
