- Great work-life balance, stable - People are very "nice" - No pressure environment, understanding, non-corporate - The work is rewarding (Public Service) - Lower level employees are "real"

- Slow and stagnant; this is a Tues-Thurs 10am-4pm organization, rather than Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, - Pay is significantly lower than industry average, raises are based on seniority and not merit; Unionized position - 0 technical knowledge capability, especially leadership - Very "fake" at times - Not much growth, as an organization and employee, status quo

Pros

SBBC is a great place to work if you value work-life balance. My team is always flexible and understanding of commitments outside work. You don't feel bad for taking time off.

Cons

Salary isn't too great, and in my experience there hasn't been a lot of focus on career growth and learning new skills. Moving up is difficult.
