Thank you for sharing this, and for the time you gave us. You're right that we ask a lot of our team, and we hear you that it felt like too much without enough support around you. That's not the experience we want anyone to have here. We've invested a lot in tools and systems to help our practices run more efficiently, and we're proud of the progress there. But we also know that during high volume moments, even the best tools have their limits and the pressure on the team can still feel overwhelming. That's something we continue to work on.
