After a couples of companies i reached for a mind:"it is ok, i am done, i can not even more work for a turkish company!". Yes until now i was like that. After all i met the Smart Alpha director Sir Utku. He is a self confident and helpful man and as i said best ceo in turkey. About of culture, there is no task or agile sh*ts. Everybody want to do what we need on products.
Cons
There is no downside for me.
