The great outdoors, exercise, and you will loose weight.
Cons
Working for a really old dude, a psychopath, a company that works a guy who is "part time" 70+ hours a week, walking him for over 12 miles a day in the sun/rain or whatever till he is so physically and mentally exhausted that he starts making little mistake and they fire you. Nobody gets promoted and when they are done with you they will toss you out like an old tampon.
