A great learning center that gives infants and children individual attention.

Pros
No more than eight children in each age group. Easier to manage individual children. Children 2+ have to be potty trained, so you don't have to change diapers unless you take care of either the infants and 1 year old toddlers. Wonderful and supportive coworkers and supervisors. Includes a small playground for children to enjoy outdoor activities.
Cons
No benefits. The salary is only $8 an hour even with a Bachelor's degree and a teaching certificate. Standards and expectations are not given to new employees.
