      Pros

      Great work culture, Approachable seniors, Huge scope to get innovative, Appreciative of efforts , Amazing people, Lots of opportunities to showcase your creativity both in cultural and sports events. Opportunities to meet the Senior management. Apart from the daily work, you get to engage well with employees of other teams and functions through engagement activities like cultural events and sports competitions internally which makes it a happy place.

      Cons

      Need to arrange more global travels for the employee, this would give some exposure to learn from different culture. Coffee is good however it would be great if some snacks can be added.
