I have nothing positive to say. Smart Gladiator has been one of the worst companies I have ever worked for.

Cons

Employees are given no real training despite extremely high expectations Expectations are unfair and not matched with proper support or preparation Support from the organization is essentially nonexistent Workloads are extremely heavy and difficult to sustain Hours are long and exhausting, with little relief Compensation is significantly lower than industry standards The overall experience leads to constant frustration and burnout The situation feels unsustainable and discouraging from the start
