      Pros

      Smart Health Care is a company to work for. I have been working for this company for a very long time and don't have any attention on leaving. The owner and management there always accommodated my needs and listened to concerns I have. Flexible hours, pay and off on holidays.Great people at all levels of the company - joining make positive is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything at this present moment. Like I said before, great company to work for. Because, they will not penalize you for emergencies, things do happen that we have no control off.

      Pros

      I really do love my job. As a single mother, my hours need to be flexible. Cathy, the President/owner has been incredible to me. She gave me a chance when I was in a mot-so-great situation, and so I have been trying my hardest to show her how much I appreciate it. My job has grown and developed into something I can make a career out of, either here or with another company. I have developed my skills in Quality Assurance and Education, and really made an improvement in others' lives.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great, but whatever. It's about average for the industry for every position.

      Great hours and family friendly. Able to maintain work/life balance. Weekends and holidays off.

      Cons

      Family owned. Very little room for advancement because of the numerous family members working for the company
