      Pros

      There aren’t any. The CEO, COO and the trainers all seem like great people but they are fake.

      Cons

      Work for free first 3-6 weeks. Waste time, money. Fuel cost, mileage on vehicle and own time wasted. Zoom calls all day long and still expected to sale. Working long hours 50 plus hours a week with Saturdays and Sundays if no sells were made during the week. Should be a 1099 but they found a loophole on how to use a reps car and time without paying them. Pyramid scheme

      Occasional fun events or outings

      Cons

      Lots of conflicts of interest occurring at once mainly pertaining to inappropriate relationships. Degrading and disgusting comments made on a daily basis by misogynistic owners and upper management who mess around all day while sales people and recruiters do all the work. Extremely low pay even with commission as it’s set up to benefit the owners pockets and not the workers. If I could give 0 stars I would
