I would not recommend working at this Pharmacy at all. A job is a job when you're desperate, but run the other way when someone brings up Smart Pharmacy. Picture yourself being in junior high all over again with this job. Gossiping left and right from everyone, even upper management. You're better off keeping your mouth shut. For all the work that you do there, its not worth the pay. On top of that, you have to be on your toes because the first time you make a mistake the whole pharmacy will know. With that, be sure to start looking for another job because you will be out. The turn over rate is crazy and people get fired for the most made up reasons. It is not worth the stress and the childish games to work at this place because at the end of the day upper management does not care and you're only a number to them in there growing profit.
