Growth opportunity, plenty to learn from the leadership, tacking new situations and creating newer opportunities, open door policy and approachable leaders, focus on technology enabled services, internal structure that believes in ownership and accountability
Cons
Due to significant growth there is a lot of work to be done, timelines are to be maintained ( people are stickler of timelines and milestones), very fast paced : not suitable for many who are looking for easy and slow paced work
