Pros

-Get to live in Florence for free and travel around Italy + surrounding countries for free as well -Can make some good friends if you get lucky with your staff group

Cons

-No base pay or stipend -Low bonuses that will be taken away if you don't meet your sales goals (which can be pretty high) -Subpar free housing (5-15 people per apartment with no home improvements made any semester) -Tour promoting = standing on the street putting flyers in peoples' hands as they walk by, and cold DMing people on social media -Very cliquey staff, and management favors those who have been working there the longest or who are their friends -Not all employees are treated equally when it comes to being assigned to trips -You will only get assigned to go on trips if you make the most sales, otherwise you will be left behind to work in Florence on the weekends -Sketchy legality...
