Pros
I enjoyed my time at Smart Window Company. The whole team was very supportive and Tony had a great company culture going that prioritized not pressuring customers, which makes them a lot more receptive to our product. Smart Window Company gets an A+ for both the employee and customer experience. Unfortunately I had to move out of the area and move on to a different job.
Cons
I'm not sure. I believe they do the best they can with everything and they're definitely a lot better than other home improvement companies I've worked for in the past. No company is perfect because no person is perfect.
